Hi Gavin
I just had a staff development session introducing the Moodle Mobile App.
My aim was to demo the live response use of the app.
I created a small Moodle course with an intro to the app and a Choice activity which I wanted people to vote on using their mobile devices.
People were able to install the app and see the course. But when they tried to open the introductory content, they were unable to do so - it just said there was no content.
I uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it and got the same problem.
I was eventually able to get at the course content - but I'm not sure what caused this - either switching from college wifi to my own mobile data or shutting the phone down and restarting it.
Do you have any idea why people would not be able to access the course properly?
Could it be underperforming wifi?
Many thanks
Lynn
