Here's the scenario - I'm trying to upload a video into my private files thru the app on my iPhone (OS 9.3). I record and upload the first one (we'll call it Video A) with no problems. When I try and record/upload another one, Video B, everything looks like it's working properly. I get a "Success! The file was successfully uploaded" notification. However, when I go to my private files, in either the app or Moodle proper, the only video there is Video A. There's no sign of Video B. And Video B doesn't overwrite Video A. Now, to upload a new/different video, I need to remove Video A from My Files in Moodle.
On Android devices, this doesn't seem to be an issue.
