i have tried doing it by editing the question/editlib.php and type/questiontypebase.php for adding a complexity levels for the quiz questions which was mentioned in the following link

and even added the complexity column in the database table named mdl_questions.
but don't know what changes needs to be done some help on this will be appreciated.
