I'm using Moodle 3
I'm referring to the same issue as in this thread: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=254966
However, my Microsoft SCORM package loads perfectly in cloud.scorm.com in my IE11 browser but not in my Moodle or in the Moodle sandbox. Which makes me think there must be something 'wrong' with the way Moodle loads the package because it loads without a problem in ScormCloud. It used to work in Moodle 2.4.
