Ref: Problem in displaying embedded PDF file in iPhone
I have two scenarios, first, the iPhone with IOS 9, PDF document (via Acrobat Reader) can display but cannot scroll, second in different iPhone with IOS 9, PDF Document doesn't appear in the container. (embedded in Moodle). Any solution? Thanks

one question, in the first scenario are you embedding the file too? Because it seems that is being opened with Acrobat Reader right?

It seems that in some cases the file comes without extensions and iOs is not able to pen it
