Generally 'Students' are given that role in individual courses and not site wide. They therefore only have the 'authenticated user' role on the front page (unless you have changed from the defaults) and so you either need to change that default front page role, or give those capabilities to authenticated user.
Just as a side note: You will usually find on these forums that someone provides help and support as quickly as they are able to, adding 'Extremely urgent and critical' in all caps is unlikely to get help any quicker than we are able to anyway. In many forums it would be regarded as bad manners at least.
