It seems the AttControl plugin at  https://moodle.org/plugins/view/mod_attcontrol IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED BY ITS AUTHOR.

Can it be put in the list of plugins seeking new maintainer at https://moodle.org/plugins/browse.php?list=set&id=61  ?
