I have solved a bug and I pushed it to a new branch call MDL-52815 ( MDL-52815 is bug ID) now I want to ask for peer review. How do I ask for peer review. If I have done something wrong please direct me to write way.

you have done great so far! - as a new developer all you need to do at this stage is comment on the bug and add your patch (great to see it using git - thanks!) hopefully that will be enough for someone to notice it. Typically after your first patch has been included in the core code-base you will have your permissions in the tracker elevated and will be able to push a patch up for peer review.
If no-one notices your patch and comments after a week or so - posting here in the forums is a good next step.
