Moodle hangs while trying to view one test results

Can anyone help with problem with moodle. I have moodle built with php, MySQL, IIS. I have one course with 3200 of users who complete it. When I press result button to view all 3200 grade results moodle hangs. Thanks.

Switch on Debugging and try again. 

Almost certainly, you are exceeding a resource limit. Debugging should give you an error message that will indicate which.
