I am trying to crate a quiz. I can create several other types of items, including assignments and resources. However, when I try to create a "quiz" or a "choice", I get an error that says, "You have used this page incorrectly", and there is no data placed in the relevant MySQL table. Any help appreciated! |

| It's possible your site address in config.php ($CFG->wwwroot) is not configured properly. Make sure it is the same as the actual web address you are using (for example, sometimes there is confusion between http://example.org/ and http://www.example.org/) |
