Question #2: How to add more courses to show up on main page much like in demo. I am unable to showcase more then 8 on the front page even though I have more courses listed.
Any suggestions would be great thanks.

I think this section is designed to show NEW courses, there are options in Front Page settings to show All Courses and Enrolled Courses.
If you want to show more than 8 in the Klass new courses section, you could try altering L33 of the Klass/renderers/course_renderer.php
if($co_cnt>8)
Note - I dont have Klass installed so haven;t tested that, its just based on looking at the code, so will need testing - not on a production site!
