Scheduler (plugin)

This is due to the design of the Moodle calendar system. In Moodle, there are four types of calendar events: Site events, course events, group events, and personal events. The Scheduler appointments need to be personal events, since they relate to individual people only, not to all participants of the course, group, etc. However, personal events cannot be filtered by course.
