we have a strange problem with IMAP authentication. We are using the IMAP from google to authenticate. We are using Google Apps. but sometimes a user reports that he or she can't sign in. Other can users can sign in at that moment Whatever I try, that user can't sign in. he or she can sign in with that account in google mail. IMAP is enabled.
According to the log file of Moodle the login is failed. But it is for 100% sure IMAP is enabled and he or she enters the credentials correctly.
Does anyone experience the same problems?
