Hello, i'm on MOODLE 3.0
and I have tested the "pagseguro" module, who is based on paypal plugin.
All works well, but when the user is enrolled by "pagseguro",
no one can't unenrol nor admin! o.O
Why ? Exist a way to block admin to unenrol ?
The option "unenrol or edit user" not appear in http://my/moodle3/enrol/users.php?id=[courseid]
Only appear to users enrolled with another plugin.
