Connect Moodle with BBB server on HTTPS

Hello community.

Has anyone managed to connect Moodle on https with BigBlueButton on https protocol too?

I'm using Moodle 2.6.11+ on https and need to connect with BBB 0.91 server on https.

Both of the two domains, as the Moodle domain as the BBB server domain, have their certificates ok.

Plug-in version is 2.0.3 (2015080610) and when I try to connect them I have an URL error.

Of course the SALT is introduced correctly.

In BBB Goolgle forums, one of the developers told me the plug-in is not updated yet to support https, but if anyone has got it, I appreciate could help me.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Juan Pablo,

I responded in the google forums. The plugin is just right. My bet is that the problem is with the SSL certificate you have in your BBB server.

Did you do what I asked you to do? I did no receive any response.

We can follow-up here or there, but please use only one channel.

Regards,

JF

Hi Jesus, again...

I have entered here to tell the mates that the plug-in is correct and goes OK on HTTPS...

Yes I've found your response in the Google forums few moments ago. And have done you asked me to do.

There you have an answer from me.

If you agree we follow-up in Google forums since we start this there, but I would really like people in this Moodle forum could read the information too.

Perhaps finally putting here a link to the Google forums thread...

Best regards and thanks a lot.

Hi all,

I would like to explain I had a mistake in the Moodle server configuration. All I had to do was put in the correct DNS server's IP in Bind configuration and the BBB server was reachable since then.

Also I putted in other DNS servers' IPs as Google ones (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

Hope this usefull for someone.
