Hi,

I hope someone will be able to point me in the right direction of this. I am new to Moodle so this may be very obvious, but to me at least it is a struggle!

I have a course created in Captivate. It's a MultiSCO course with 3 quizzes, one in each module. Everything reports back fine if you get a score in each module, e.g.

Module A: 100%
Module B: 66%
Module C: 100%

Gives a total Mean Score of 88.6% (3 combined results divided by the number of courses) which is correct. However, if you get zero in a module, it excludes that completely so if you got:

Module A: 100%
Module B: 0%
Module C: 100%

You get a Score of 100% which is incorrect, the Mean Score result should be 66%. It's the Objectives Report my client really wants because that gives a good overview of progress but this is how it looks:

Any help would be really appreciated, I have exhausted Google!

Thank you!
