Hi Kerrie,

It seems to me that what you need to do is change the Letters breakdown for the course. You're using a combination of scales and points, but provided that you are aggregating scales and using natural weighting, your just need to set your course scale (letters, to contain two rows. The first row would be titled Pass (or whatever term you want),  would be 9.2/11 83.63636 to 100% (7.2+1+1/9.2+1+1), and the second would be titled Fail, and would be 0 to 83.63635%. At least I am pretty sure it's 5 digits. As far as the requirement that all items must have a passing grade, you could set up restrictions such that the user cannot progress if they don't receive a passing grade. There is course completion as well, but it's not part of the gradebook.
