Thanks Helen for your reply. I am a fan of yourssmile Sorry... can't keep it to myself.

Anyway, i checked the messaging preferences of the student and the email is ticked. Not sure where else to look at.

Please advise if you know of anything else.

I am also having the same issue. None of my users receive a daily digest and all preferences look correct. Any help would be appreciated.
