The Moodle Users Association, if you haven't heard yet, is open for business!
The number one goal of the MUA is for members to propose development projects, develop the requirements, and vote on which ones will be developed by Moodle HQ for Moodle core. Development is funded by membership fees.
First, you need to be a member.
Go to the website - https://moodleassociation.org. There's information about membership levels and costs, what the Association does and descriptions of project cycles, and login. The login is where you get to sign up.
This forum is a public place to ask and answer questions about the MUA.
Second, once you're a member, you can propose projects
