Hi.. 

   Add custom link to lesson administration block. In which file i need to add code for appearing link in lesson block.

  link ike (/moodle/mod/lesson/enroll_users.php?id=courseid).

See the lesson_extend_settings_navigation function in mod/lesson/lib.php
