We changed the wording on the certificate and am having difficulty regenerating the corrected cert for an exisiting user who has been issued the cert previously. It seems it's pulling an old pdf copy from somewhere. Does anyone know how to get to this old copy ? We're thinking if we delete it the system will generate a new copy with the correct wording.
