Grid Format (2.9) IE Mouse Pointer doesn't change on section select..

Hi All,

I've just noticed (taken me till now to realise!) that in IE 10, the mouse pointer doesn't change to 'link select' (hand pointing) in IE, when hovering over a Section. It works fine in Chrome and other browsers, using the icons built into the plugin... Any advise on getting this working in IE?

From: http://caniuse.com/#search=cursor - IE only supports the 'cur' format, I am using 'png's.  However even if converted and used, then '/theme/image.php' which is used to serve the image does not know that the 'cur' is an image format, therefore before I can add a fallback, then core needs to change.
