Dear all
We have a functioning Moodle site https://moodle.lowestoft.ac.uk/moodle but when trying to connect with the official Moodle app I get this message "ERROR connecting to the server" after inputting credentials. This is occurring for all users who can login to the site normally.
Moodle version is 2.9.1
