HI.. This is my first post.
In moodle we have many courses . In these all courses some of course resources are missing. These resources are uploaded by particular tutor. But these all uploaded files are appearing in database mdl_files table. Even i sea course logs. Resources are upload many times as tutor. but no one delete the resources as per logs. Why these resources not appearing in course but files in database. (It happen for only that course particular tutor). Please can any one help me.

Is the tutor in a group or grouping to which no one else belongs?

Thanks for the reply Ben.
Tutor does not belongs to any group but the resources added to this course and especially some files (resources) disappear after some time.

Hmm. If you log in as the tutor, go to the tutor's profile, and look at private files, do you see any of the disappearing files?
