Hi Rob, to start can you tell us what version of Moodle you're running and what settings were used when compiling the SCORM package itself? For example is it set to report passed/failed, complete/incomplete or something else. I'm not positive I can help but knowing these things will get us started.

Hello Leah,

Thanks for the reply!

Here is the information you asked for:

  • We use Moodle 2.6.3+ (Build: 20140703)
  •  I tried several settings in Articulate but the most recent are shown below

Many thanks for trying to help!

By acccident I found the solution;

In the advanced features setting page the setting 'Enable conditional access' was set to 'No'. I changed this in 'Yes' and in every individual module I set the following in the SCORM settings;

Attempts management: Force new attempt = Yes / Lock after final attempt = Yes

Compatibility settings: Force completed = Yes / Auto-continue = Yes

Thanks for the intention to try to help me!
