I tried to use a normal text field but found that I am unable to use the "space" character in it. I can only use letters and numbers but with no spaces. Instead, I had to use the text area field.
Is this normal behaviour?
The reason I ask is that I am trying to store names - eg, first_name second_name in a simple text field but am unable to do so. Had to use the text area instead.
Just curious.
