NTLM SSO broken by IE11 Compatibility View

We have tried enabling this, to make some old (Office 2010, official Microsoft) SCORM packages run. But it broke SSO. Has anyone seen this before, and if so got a suggested fix?

Apparently we're getting Office 2016 in summer, but that's 6 months away.

Odd works for me with IE11 in compatibility mode. 


Only thing I can think is to check the settings for when to use SSO there is one to restrict it to only IE (which is how ours is set and it does work). Try changing that to all browsers and see if it makes any difference.

I suspect there is something else going on though.
