User report shows blank rows

I have a simple user report that is working perfectly except for a few blank rows. How could a report generate blank rows? What can I do to resolve this?

Look at your user table in the database and see if you maybe have some entries in there with no details...

Without knowing exactly what your report is pulling, hard to come up with any better answer!
