Chat

Hey everyone,
I am haveing a problem and can't seem to find anything in the forums that will help me. When I open admin at the top I get the message.

Module chat: /home/elimonli/public_html/mod/chat/db/mysql.php was not readable

And my chat mod no longer works. I checked it in mysql database and everything there seems to be fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could have done to cause this to happen.
