1. Duplicate the teacher role. Name it whatever - e.g. no notifications. Remove the receive notifications permission. Add your teachers to it.
2. Duplicate the teacher role. Name it Group Teacher or Group Facilitor, e.g. Remove the permission to Access All Groups. Then use groups so that the teacher only receives notifications for the group that they belong to.
