Working in the Moodle 3.0 (20151204) and I seem to have broken course Restore & Import. I was trying to resolve an issue being able to import a course, and used the "Private User Backup" as a workaround as I have course that I wanted to restore that was approx. 350MB.
The file appeared to upload successfully, and there was a pre-existing automatic backup that was 5Kb and both icons were visible. After clicking "Save" the page immediately went to a Server Error 500 and now Restore & Import inside courses gives 500 Errors as well. Backup, interestingly is functional. I can't even get to the import page.
I then tried to check if in the admin panel restores would be possible, but I get the same 500 Error. I've restarted the web daemon and I'm kind of at a loss as not much other documentation appears to describe similar situations.
Any help or suggestions would be really helpful.
