I am about to install moodle 3.0 on my hosting. After installation complete, it display all plugin that needs to be upgrade. After I click on Upgrade moodle database button, it just display a page with some text on it and the upgrading process never end. When I refresh the page, the plugin ( I guest) changed, but until how long?
