Can someone help me to figure on how to move the vertical navigation bar to horizontal in the Fusion theme?

I tried to edit from the css files in the 

/home/public_html/moodle/theme/fusion/style/core.css

but it would not take any effect on the home screen.


Can someone pls help me.
