We are having an issue where students seem to be submitting the file more than once. Is this is Moodle bug? The latest was a student that it shows submitting a file more than 17 times in 4 minutes, and I doubt they did that! And of course the teacher gets 17 email notifications.... Moodle 2.8.7.
