Is it possible to allow users to post anonymously in forums in Moodle 3.0? I read somewhere that this is possible. If it is, I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

It is possible when you install the Anonymous Posting plugin located at https://moodle.org/plugins/local_anonymousposting
We also used Anonymous Posting plugin in version 2.8, but seems it doesn't support Moodle 3.X
