Can do re-produce below in your Moodle?
1. Create a 'Title' in a text field of Database, and use the same word in a text area. Link 'Tree'
Make sure the 'Auto link is ticked'
2. Create an exactly same Concept in Glossary
Make sure the Auto-linking is ticked
3. Check the Glossary description text - Tree- has changed to Hyperlink.
4. Check the Database textarea text - Tree - has changed to hyperlink
5. Swap filter order to control which Module the links go to.
I noticed that neither the 'Concept' in Glossary, nor the 'Concept' in Database changes to BLUE.
I think, Concept is for other text to link to...
You are correct:
If you really want the 'Concept' text link to Glossary, yes, you have to Un-tick the 'Allow autolink'
