So these are my thoughts on what this tracker could look like. If this is the assignment rubric:
then you can click on a link (such as the red text) to get to either a CSV report, or a page display the breakdown:
And here's my suggestion of what the breakdown could look like:
Each row should total to the number of submitted assignments (though my second row is off by 5 submissions).
So at a glance, I can see I need to work on the "submissions" criterion with my class as it has the most number of students at the middle level.
