...and for the record, you cannot install a version of questionnaire for a newer release of Moodle on an older release of Moodle.
The release for 2.9, might work on Moodle 3.0, but the release for 3.0 will not work on Moodle 2.9. In fact, newer releases will not even install on older releases of Moodle.
But "Just H" is right, use the version intended for your version of Moodle.
