Moodle isn't realising you are running MariaDB. This should have been fixed in Moodle 2.7.
Personally, I would create config.php manually by copying config-dist.php to config.php, editing it, and adding the correct settings. In particular make sure you select the correct driver for MariaDB.
'intl' and 'opcache' are just warnings and won't stop installation.
