I would appreciate if anybody with cPanel experience can help me.
Since we upgraded from version 2.6 - 2.8 My Private Files keep on giving errors.
It is activated under Repositories in Site Admin so I decided to look in cPanel (something I avoid and always leave as last resort since I am not all that clued up on how cPanel works.
Anyway, private_files are nowhere to be found on the server and this explains the error code: 'Can not read file, either file does not exist or there are permission problems' when trying to use the function.
Can anybody pls help / advice on how to add this to the server / cPanel?
