I'm trying to replicate external database enrollment method by creating an identical plugin that do the same thing, but only change some code lines in the cli file.

How i do to make the plugin appear in the enrollment method list? I've already installed it by .zip, but nothing.

Have you renamed the plugin?

Have you incremented the $plugin->version number in your version.php file? That is necessary for Moodle to detect the new plugin and trigger the upgrade/installation.
