I am using the same plugins for two sites. The Moodle 2.9.1 works fine, the 2.9.2 the campus template breaks. See image below.
The only plugins used apart from the standard ones are:
Download Certificates
Questionnaire.
If I turn those off, the template remains broken.

Have you checked your server logs to see why the PHP LESS compiler is failing?
Have you tried a command line 'Purge all caches'? -> https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Administration_via_command_line#Purge_caches
OK, I discovered the issue! Had nothing to do with this great template or Moodle version. I changed the Moodledata file name and neglected to change it in the config file. Fixed!
