There is a new OS framework or something called Grav. See the help here, which is an exacmple of what it can do:
This looks cool. Is there a theme that approaches this look for the Moodle BOOK?

I have been a fan of Rockettheme for several years. They produce great themes. Grav is made by them and I am quite impressed with it for building a website. For instances when wordpress or joomla might be overkill the simplicity and power of Grav is a great fix.
