All mobile documentation I have seen shows 3 options on the Participants list (i.e. Add a Contact, Add a Note, Send a Message). I can't find documentation on how you get all 3. My site only shows "Add a New Note".
I am looking for Send a Message. I have mobile messaging configured. Does this depend on Moodle and Mobile version? Using Moodle 2.7.3 and Mobile 1.4
