All mobile documentation I have seen shows 3 options on the Participants list (i.e. Add a Contact, Add a Note, Send a Message). I can't find documentation on how you get all 3. My site only shows "Add a New Note".
I am looking for Send a Message. I have mobile messaging configured. Does this depend on Moodle and Mobile version? Using Moodle 2.7.3 and Mobile 1.4

Hello Jackie,
Moodle Mobile features depend on the Moodle version you have installed. You can see a table of features supported by Moodle version in the following link:

As you can see, you need Moodle 2.8 or Moodle Mobile Additional Features plugin installed to be able to use Messaging in the app.
