Incurring Payments using Paypal or other payment options

We have an ongoing class, more like an inner circle which requires membership fees of $5 per month.  We created a class that students can come and get tutoring, hang out and what-not, like a club.  At this time, we have the class lock and by invite only with a key.  We have to by hand keep track of who paid and who has not.  But we are hoping to see in the future release of Moodle that we can set up an option of $5 a month for payment.

This can also can be set in the cron-tab as well.  The administrator can set the class to charge the student $5 rather through Paypal or any other system of paying.  If the student paid with check/M.O., the administrator can enter in how much they paid and when the payment was recieved.  Moodle will enroll them in the class.  Once the payment has expired, then the class will be locked out for that student.  The student has the choice though to either pay manually or pay automatically, which means that, with a cron-tab, a student can set the auto feature to have the payment done for them monthly.  If the payment does not go through, of course, the class is locked.  A grace period should also be set by the administrator.

In the set up window, there should be the following fields:
Amount: text box, how much money
Frequency: drop-down (one week, one month, 3 months, 6 months, one year, two years, four years, ten years)
Trial period: drop-down (none, one day, one week, two weeks, one month, 3 months, 6 months)
No Payment Grace Period: text box, days

Please add this to your next Moodle 1.6, thank you.
