I'm going to jump into this post as I am experiencing the same issue when trying to setup Moodle integration with Office 365. The issue I am having (which I think is the same as Stuart) is that the OpenID plugin doesn't show any options when you try to click on Settings.
Steps:
- Once logged in, go to Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication
- Click on “Settings” for OpenID Connect
According to the documentation for the plugin, once you click on "Settings" there should be some editable fields that appear. Instead, nothing appears. The page is blank.
I'm hoping that this is the same issue that Stuart is seeing (and that there is a fix!)
