is it possible to use live-school plugin in intranet(private) network without connecting to internet.

It appears to be a plugin that connects to an external service, not a standalone feature you install on your own web server, so I would presume that you require external web access and that it is not suitable for an intranet only environment.

If it has to be on an intranet with no external internet connection, then you could look at installing bigbluebutton within your intranet and using that

We use Zoom for our video conferencing - they have an LTI plugin that works great with Moodle.  Excellent quality and very easy to use.

Sorry just saw the lack of internet connectivity.  This will not work with zoom.
