I am using Moodle 2.9 with Portuguese and English as language packs installed.
When I force the Portuguese language in a course settings I have a problem with the comma character as decimal separator.
In the assignment's settings, the field "grade to pass" is initially showed as 0,00 with a comma as decimal separator.
Even if I do not edit that field, when I save the settings it shows me an error, saying that the field must have a number. Changing the comma with a dot solves the problem. So it happens very frequently to have this error because I do not need to change the "grade to pass" field.
If I force the English language, the "grade to pass" field shows the value 0.00 with a dot as decimal separator, so when I save the settings I do not get any error.
How can I change the Portuguese language pack to use the dot as a decimal separator?
