Guest Acces when PayPal Enrollment Active

Guest Acces when PayPal Enrollment Active

I am trying to resolve how a Guest may view a course when the course has the PayPal self-enrollment feature active.  According to the enrolments documentation, when using PayPal enrollment, self enrollment must not be allowed.

Is there a work around, as the course has restrictions which prevents a guest to having access to the material?

Can't you just allow Guest Access?  (Not self enrolment) - guest access is a separate setting in the course edit settings page.

I'm not sure what that documentation says, but we routinely use both Paypal AND self-enrollment with an enrollment key in all of our courses that charge a fee.  When a student tries to enroll in the course, the screen provides the opportunity to use either path.  This gives the teacher the ability to provide back door access to the course for colleagues, reviewers, participants in some other activity or conference, etc. just by issuing them the enrollment key.
