Cloze question not giving full credit

Using Moodle 2.8.


I have 9 clozes in a cloze type question. 8 are SHORTANSWER type questions worth 1 point each (they are laid out in a 2x4 table). The 9th is:

{2:MULTICHOICE_H:%0%Yes#This is obviously not the case. See solutions.~%100%No#}

This makes the question worth 10 points.

Now, after the quiz is graded, the students who get everything right are getting 9/10 (the feedback is lit up with green, with tick marks on each answer).

This is the first time I am using cloze, so, it is possible that I messed up somewhere. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

What do you expect of your last question ?

i.e. What is the text to which the student answer Yes or No .

I could not reproduce either on Moodle 2,4 or Moodle 2,9 ...
